Gas Heating: Gas heating has two types of burners to choose from: multi-ring burner and infrared blower combustion-supporting burner. The infrared blower combustion-supporting burner is our patent, using the most advanced pre-premixing technology, mixing the gas and air volume before passing them into the burner to achieve complete and sufficient combustion. It uses low-nitrogen combustion technology, far-infrared thermal radiation heating, and flame less combustion. The firepower can be adjusted in 10 levels and is equipped with a digital display, a safety explosion-proof hole, and automatic flame out protection. Save 30% compared to traditional gas heating.
Electric Induction Heating: The electric induction uses induction heating, which is the most advanced heating method. It can start and stop heating immediately. It heats the inner pot directly, 8 gears to adjust heating strength, it has the advantages of fast heating and high thermal efficiency. High precision control systems can precisely control the temperature, more intelligent and stable than gas heating.
Steam Heating:Steam comes from a steam boiler or steam generator and enters the jacket space through a pipe to indirectly heat the raw materials. This is a gentle heating, very energy-efficient, and very suitable for large-scale production of high-viscosity materials, high starch content, and materials that require long-term heating and stirring.
Thermal Oil Heating: Thermal oil heating is divided into electric induction thermal oil heating and gas thermal oil heating, which is an indirect heating method. Heat the thermal oil first, and then use the thermal oil to heat the soup in the inner pot. So the heating speed will be slower. Its advantage is that thermal oil dissipates heat slowly, which is very suitable for continuous production.
